How to Use
Search for healthcare providers using any of the following methods:
- NPI Number: Enter a 10-digit National Provider Identifier
- Doctor Name: Search by first name, last name, or both. City and State are optional filters
- Phone / Fax Number: Search by practice phone or fax number (requires local database)
- Quick Search: Google-style free-form search with typo tolerance. Type any combination of name, city, and state (e.g., "John Smith Pittsburgh PA" or "Smith Pitsburg PA"). Perfect when you're not sure of exact spelling!
Fields marked as "Optional" can be left blank. All searches return up to 50 results.
